<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Resumen. </strong>Cabe entender el <em>Quijote</em> del licenciado Alonso Fernández de Avellaneda como una suerte de sermón narrativo, en cuyo eje está el pecado mortal en el que vive el caballero. La degradación a la que somete a sus protagonistas –en la que lo escatológico tiene un papel decisivo– le sirve no solo como instrumento cómico, sino también como mecanismo doctrinal para denostar el pecado y confirmar a los lectores en unos valores colectivos.</p>

Según esperamos demostrar, el personaje de la duquesa coloca bajo su influencia a una serie de mujeres cuya corporalidad destaca singularmente en estos capítulos (Altisidora, la dueña Rodríguez, Teresa Panza y Sanchica) y aglutina en última instancia la red de deseos femeninos "disidentes" que se va tejiendo a lo largo de esta zona del texto.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Résumé. </strong>L’article se concentre sur une zone particulière de la longue séquence dans laquelle les protagonistes du <em>Quichotte</em> de Cervantès se trouvent sur les terres des ducs, du chapitre 44 au chapitre 57 de la seconde partie, où diverses femmes déploient tous les artifices à leur portée pour essayer d’imposer leur volonté aux hommes. On essaiera de montrer que le personnage de la Duchesse place sous son influence une série de femmes dont la corporalité se détache singulièrement dans ces chapitres (Altisidora, la duègne Rodríguez, Teresa Panza et Sanchica) et unit finalement le réseau des désirs féminins « dissidents » qui va en se tissant au fil de cette partie du texte.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract. </strong>This paper focuses on a particular section of the long sequence in which the protagonists of Cervantes’ <em>Quixote</em> are in the dukes’ domains: the one compressed between chapters 44 and 47 of the second part, where different women deploy all their artifice to try to impose their own will on men. As we wish to show, the duchess subdues under her influence a group of women whose corporeal self notoriously shows up in these chapters (Altisidora, la dueña Rodríguez, Teresa Panza and Sanchica) and ultimately she merges the dissident feminine wishes that are being interweaved throughout this part of the text.</p>

Notas sobre lo indecoroso apropiado en el <em>Quijote</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Resumen. </strong>El artículo examina el concepto de “desatino apropiado” en el <em>Quijote </em>de Miguel de Cervantes a partir de las controversias en torno a la verosimilitud, la imaginación y el decoro en las poéticas de la segunda mitad del siglo XVI y los comienzos del siglo XVII. Cervantes propone la posibilidad de un “desatino apropiado”, esto es, una violación aparente del decoro poético que resulta, sin embargo, aceptable desde el punto de vista de esta nueva verosimilitud. Finalmente se estudian algunos casos del <em>Quijote</em> en los que se muestra cómo opera esta categoría en la práctica narrativa cervantina, así como otros ejemplos de desatino que, a nuestro juicio, exceden los límites autoimpuestos de la propiedad.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Résumé. </strong>L’article examine le concept de « non-sens approprié » dans le <em>Quichotte</em> de Miguel de Cervantès, à partir des controverses autour de la vraisemblance, de l’imagination et du <em>decorum</em> dans la poétique de la seconde moitié du XVI<sup>e</sup> siècle et du début du XVII<sup>e</sup> siècle. Cervantès propose la possibilité d’un « non-sens approprié », c’est-à-dire d’une violation apparente du <em>decorum</em> poétique, pourtant acceptable du point de vue de cette nouvelle vraisemblance. Enfin, quelques cas du <em>Quichotte</em> sont étudiés, où il est montré comment cette catégorie opère dans la pratique narrative de Cervantès, ainsi que d’autres exemples de non-sens qui, à notre avis, dépassent les limites auto-imposées de la propriété.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract. </strong>The article examines the concept of “appropriate nonsense” in Miguel de Cervantes’s <em>Quixote</em> from the controversies surrounding verisimilitude, imagination and <em>decorum</em> in the poetics of the second half of the sixteenth century and the beginning of the seventeenth century. Cervantes proposes the possibility of an “appropriate nonsense”, that is, an apparent violation of poetic <em>decorum</em> that is, however, acceptable from the point of view of this new likelihood. Finally, some cases of the <em>Quixote</em> are studied in which it is shown how this category operates in Cervantes’s narrative practice, as well as other examples of nonsense that, in our opinion, exceed the self-imposed limits of propriety.</p>
