<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Résumé. </strong>Le Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille conserve un exemplaire de la première édition des <em>Caprichos </em>de Goya mais jusqu’à présent la provenance de cet album n’a pu être déterminée. Face à un tel mystère, cet article nous présente quelques éléments-clés, pour tenter de mieux comprendre le parcours de cet exemplaire. Pour cela, il s’intéresse notamment à l’histoire du musée de la gravure, qui ouvre ses portes en 1887, à l’inventaire établi dans les premières années du XX<sup>e</sup> siècle et au collectionneur valenciennois, Nestor Regnard (1806-1885), une personnalité à redécouvrir.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Resumen. </strong>El Palacio de Bellas Artes de Lille conserva un ejemplar de la primera edición de los <em>Caprichos</em> de Goya pero hasta ahora la procedencia de este álbum no pudo ser determinada. Ante tal misterio, este artículo nos presenta algunos elementos claves, para intentar entender mejor el trayecto de este ejemplar. Para ello, se centra en particular en la historia del museo del grabado, que abre sus puertas en 1887, en el inventario establecido a principios del siglo XX y en el coleccionista oriundo de Valenciennes, Nestor Regnard (1806-1885), una figura a la que cabe redescubrir.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract. </strong>The Palace of Fine Arts of Lille conserves a copy of the first edition of Goya’s <em>Caprichos</em>, but until now, the origin of this album could not be determined. In front of such a mystery, this article presents us with some key elements to try to better understand the history of this copy. In order to do so, it focuses on the history of the museum of the print, which opened its doors in 1887, on the inventory established at the beginning of the 20<sup>th</sup> century, and on the collector from Valenciennes, Nestor Regnard (1806-1885), a personality which we must rediscover.</p>
