<p><strong>Sergi RAMOS ALQUEZAR, « Le piratage comme nouvelle cinéphilie ».</strong></p>
<p><strong>Résumé.</strong> Cet article s’intéresse à l’apparition dans les années 2000 de sites visant à faciliter le partage illégal de fichiers dans les réseaux <em>peer-to-peer</em>. En nous centrant surle cas particulier des forums consacrés à l’échange d’œuvres cinématographiques, nous analyserons les pratiques des utilisateurs, et la façon dont celles-ci permettent l’émergence de nouvelles formes de cinéphilie. Nous constaterons également que ces pratiques sont intimement liées aux dispositifs qui les encadrent, et en particulier aux modes de partage des fichiers.</p>

<p><strong>Resumen.</strong> Este artículo examina la aparición durante los años 2000 de sitios web que pretendían facilitar el intercambio ilegal de ficheros en las redes <em>peer-to-peer</em>. Observando el caso particular de los foros dedicados a la descarga de obras cinematográficas, analizaremos cuáles son las prácticas de los utilizadores, y cómo éstas permiten la emergencia de nuevas formas de cinefilia. Constataremos del mismo modo que estas prácticas están íntimamente relacionadas con los dispositivos que las enmarcan, y en particular con las modalidades de intercambio de archivos.</p>

<p><strong>Abstract.</strong> This article focuses its attention on the emergence in the 2000s of websites conceived to assist illegal file sharing on <em>peer-to-peer</em> networks. While considering forums devoted to movie’s sharing, we will analyse the users’ practices and the ways they allow the emergence of new forms of cinephilia. We will also shown that these practices are intimately linked to the devices that frame them, and in particular to the modalities of file sharing.</p>
