<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Resumen. </strong>En la década de los 70 las dictaduras en el Cono Sur generaron múltiples protestas entre las clases intelectuales europeas. Alarmados por las violaciones de los DDHH cometidos en América del Sur, muchos artistas y periodistas organizaron campañas de denuncia contra la represión de la oposición y llamaron a la solidaridad con los refugiados que acudían al viejo continente en busca de protección. Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar cómo los satiristas de la revista humorística <em>Por Favor</em> lograron articular un discurso de condena a pesar del contexto de censura franquista y resaltar cómo los acontecimientos políticos acaecidos en ambos lados del Atlántico determinaron la evolución de dicho discurso. A través del análisis de piezas de corte gráfico o textual publicadas entre 1974 y 1978 en la revista, estudiaremos la representación de los regímenes de Pinochet y Videla, la descomposición política en Argentina y la injerencia de EEUU en la política interior de los países del Cono Sur.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Abstract. </strong>In the 1970s, the dictatorships in the Southern Cone caused numerous protests from the intellectual class in Europe. Alarmed by the violation of human rights and the repression of the political opposition in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, many artists and journalists denounced the juntas and called for solidarity with refugees arriving in the old continent, in search of protection. This article aims at analyzing how the humorists of the Spanish satirical magazine <em>Por Favor</em> managed to produce a discourse of condemnation despite Francoist censorship; and how the political events occurring on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean conditioned the evolution of this discourse. From the analysis of drawings and articles published between 1974 and 1978, we will study the representation of the regimes of Pinochet and Videla, the political disintegration of Argentina and the United States Government’s interference in the internal affairs of the Southern Cone countries.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Résumé. </strong>Dans les années 1970, les dictatures du Cône Sud générèrent de multiples protestations au sein des milieux intellectuels européens. Alarmés par les violations des droits de l’homme commises au Chili, en Argentine et Uruguay, de nombreux artistes et journalistes dénoncèrent la répression de l’opposition politique et appelèrent à la solidarité avec les réfugiés qui affluaient sur le vieux continent en quête de protection. Cet article vise à analyser comment les humoristes de la revue satirique espagnole <em>Por Favor</em> réussirent à articuler un discours de condamnation à l’encontre des juntes militaires malgré la censure franquiste ; et à déterminer comment les événements politiques survenus de part et d’autre de l’Océan Atlantique conditionnèrent l’évolution de ce discours. A partir de l’analyse de dessins et articles publiés entre 1974 et 1978, nous étudierons la représentation des régimes de Pinochet et de Videla, tout comme de la décomposition politique de l’Argentine et de l’ingérence des États-Unis dans les affaires internes du Cône Sud.</p>
